Stefani Shanberg specializes in patent litigation with a particular emphasis on defending technology companies against claims of patent infringement from competitors and non-practicing entities. She has extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation relating to intellectual property. Ms. Shanberg has handled matters pending before the federal courts, the International Trade Commission, arbitral tribunals, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Shanberg currently holds the prestigious position of President of the ITC Trial Lawyers Association-the first ever West Coast lawyer to assume this role.
Jennifer J. Schmidt specializes in patent litigation and related complex commercial litigation. Ms. Schmidt handles matters before federal courts, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Office Trial and Appeal Board, and arbitration tribunals. Her practice focuses on defending technology companies against claims of patent infringement and encompasses a wide range of technological fields, including computer hardware and software, video compression, smartphone apps, network security, search algorithms, semiconductor physics, and consumer products.
