Emerging Companies Partner Joins Mintz Levin (San Diego)

Watanabe Nason is pleased to announce the placement of corporate partner Adam Lenain with Mintz Levin in San Diego. Mr. Lenain was a partner with K&L Gates.

Mr. Lenain represents public and private companies in the life sciences, clean technology and information technology sectors. His practice focuses on representing issuers and investment banking firms with equity and debt financings, representing buyers and sellers with acquisitions, including structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions and forming complex commercial agreements. Mr. Lenain also advises private and public companies regarding corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance (including SEC and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act).

Watanabe Nason & Schwartz opened Mintz Levin’s San Diego office in 2006 and has handled the placement of 12 of the firms 18 partners.
