We are pleased to announce the placement of Randall Lee with Cooley in its Los Angeles office. Mr. Lee was a partner with Wilmer Hale where he founded the firm’s Los Angeles office in 2007 and served as its partner-in-charge from 2007 to 2017.
Mr. Lee is a widely recognized litigator and trial lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience in both government and the private sector. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lee served as Regional Director for the Pacific Region of the SEC, where he was the SEC’s top official in nine western states, including California, and before that as an Assistant US Attorney and Deputy Chief of the Major Frauds Section in the US Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles.
