All are former partners at Sidley in Los Angeles. Ms. Zargarof was the firmwide co-leader of Sidley’s global labor and employment practice. Two Of Counsel and three associates are also joining Morgan Lewis from Sidley.

Max Fischer represents companies across the country from numerous industries and counsels them on internal investigations and related crisis management strategies, wage and hour compliance, disciplinary matters, reductions in force, voluntary separation programs and the separation of individual employees. Mr. Fisher has extensive experience drafting employment agreements, arbitration agreements and restrictive covenants as well as representing management in labor-management relations matters, such as labor unrest and unfair labor practices.
Jennifer Zargarof advocates for employers in a broad range of disputes, with a focus on class actions and other multi-plaintiff litigation. She defends companies in wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, background checks/Fair Credit Reporting Act and other employment-related matters at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Zargarof also counsels employers on the full array of personnel policies and procedures, employee discipline matters, employment contracts, and wage and hour issues.
